We use AppFolio, a top property management platform, to make renting and property management effortless. Landlords can handle everything online—view rental income, check expenses, sign contracts, and report issues. Residents also benefit from our seamless system, allowing them to apply, pay rent, and request maintenance—all in one place.
With over 20 years of experience, GPS Renting’s 24/7 property management team ensures top-quality property maintenance. Our in-house crew handles most repairs, while trusted local contractors tackle bigger jobs at the best price. For complex projects, we provide at least three bids to guarantee the best value.

We don’t just manage your property — we define exactly what we commit to. Every commitment is backed by clearly defined GPS fee waivers, service credits, and included services.
We align our success with yours. If your tenant doesn’t pay rent, we don’t collect our management fee. We are only paid when you are.
Cash flow is the lifeblood of real estate. If we don’t mail or wire your monthly proceeds within 10 business days of receiving rent, we waive that month’s management fee.
Communication is our priority. If we miss a 48-business-hour response to your call, text, or email, we apply a $25 credit toward your next month’s fee.
We want to earn your trust, not lock you in. If you’re a new client and not satisfied within the first 60 days, you can walk away with no cancellation penalty. (Standard placement fee applies if a tenant has been placed.)
We’re confident in our value. If you find a lower base management fee from another licensed property management firm with no hidden fees, share it in writing and we’ll match it.
We use advanced self-showing technology with ID verification. In the rare event of a qualifying showing-related issue, GPS applies up to $500 in service credits.
We stand behind every tenant we place. If a tenant we screened and approved defaults on rent, GPS will find a new tenant at no cost and waive a full year of management fees. Our screening. Our accountability. You get meaningful relief when it matters most.
If a tenant we placed requires eviction, that’s a placement failure — and we own it. GPS waives management fees during the eviction period and coordinates the entire process at no additional cost. Professional and legal fees for the eviction itself remain the owner’s responsibility, but you won’t pay GPS a dime in management fees or coordination charges while it’s resolved.
Pets expand your tenant pool significantly. We use rigorous pet screening to protect you. If a pet we approved causes damage beyond the deposits, GPS waives up to 3 months of management fees to offset repair costs. We stand behind our pet screening process with defined GPS fee relief.

Owner rent payments are sent between the 8th and 10th each month, with email updates. Owners can log in anytime to view financial statements.
Our 24/7 maintenance team quickly resolves tenant issues. For complex repairs, we gather at least three bids from local vendors to ensure owners get the best deal.
We work with local accountants to help overseas investors with tax returns and provide cash flow statements and year-end 1099 for easy tracking.
