Our Seven Guarantees

Rent Payment Guarantee

If the tenant doesn’t pay their rent as agreed, you don’t pay us our management fee. We are only paid when you are.

If you can find a lower fee to manage your property in writing, we will match it. As long as the other firm is a licensed property management firm and does not charge fees in addition to their base management fee percentage.

If we don’t mail or wire your monthly proceeds within 10 business days of receipt of the rent, we will waive that month’s management fee.

If an owner calls, texts, or emails us, we will respond within 48 hours, or we credit $25 towards the month’s management fee.

For newly onboard clients, if you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel our contract at any time within the first 60 days of service.
If the tenant is placed, the owner needs to reimburse the company tenant placement fee of one month rent.

If we place a tenant in your property and have to later evict, we will cover up to $1000 of the costs of an eviction presided over by a judge.
This guarantee can be availed by enrolling in our Owner Benefit Package (OBP).

If we place a tenant in your property and have to later evict for nonpayment of rent, we will write a check for the next 30 days worth of rent.
This guarantee can be availed by enrolling in our Owner Benefit Package (OBP).

Camano Island Area Information

Camano Island at a Glance

Camano Island offers a peaceful, scenic escape from the fast pace of urban life—yet it’s just a short drive from the I-5 corridor and mainland amenities. Known for its forested hills, waterfront properties, and panoramic views of Puget Sound, Camano is a favorite for vacationers, retirees, and remote professionals.

Unlike nearby Whidbey Island, Camano is accessible by bridge—no ferry needed—making it especially appealing for renters and property owners who want convenience and tranquility combined.

A Brief History

Originally inhabited by Coast Salish tribes, Camano Island has a rich history rooted in fishing, timber, and agriculture. The island began attracting seasonal visitors in the early 1900s and has steadily evolved into a year-round residential community known for its natural beauty and low-key charm.

Today’s Camano Island

Camano Island is home to approximately 18,000 residents and has seen increased interest from buyers and renters seeking space, privacy, and lifestyle flexibility. While there are no incorporated cities on the island, community hubs and local businesses are thriving, particularly around Camano City and Terry’s Corner.

The island’s mix of waterfront estates, forested cottages, and modern homes appeals to a range of tenants—from retirees to digital nomads to families seeking a quieter pace.
