View aerial imagery, contour lines, zoning for unincorporated King County, planning areas, district boundaries, and more. You control which features you view and you can output simple PDF maps. eReal Property
The King County Department of Assessments offers online searchable access to their Property Information System on the eReal Property web page. Users can search by address, parcel number, or condominium/apartment complex name, managing your home online. This is the place to start your search for property information when you don’t need to find or view the property on a map.
KCGIS Districts and Development Conditions Report
This report provides detailed information on electoral, planning and administrative districts and designations. As with eReal Property, searches can be conducted by address, parcel number or condo name as well as links to many other King County or local jurisdiction resources. Recorded documents (deeds, plats, surveys, etc.)
The King County Recorder’s Office is able to record documents pertaining to property definitions and ownership. Certain documents from 1991-current can be viewed online. The eReal Property Report links to the relevant documents on this site.
Permitting
The King County Department of Permitting and Environmental Review (DPER) is responsible for zoning, land use and permitting for all areas in unincorporated King County. The Citizen Permitting Portal allows you to perform searches, export data from searches, view workflow with comments (where applicable), view inspections, view related records and submit code enforcement complaints. Registered users have access to additional functions, such as scheduling inspections and attaching documents.
Property Tax Online Payment
This King County Finance Services website offers property tax statements, payment options and other tax information. A parcel number is required to start a search. The Auditor’s Office provides regional services in the areas of licensing and animal control services, elections and voter registration, and document recording.
The board is an independent body organized to hear appeals of various determinations made by the assessor. It is comprised of five citizen members appointed by the Snohomish County Council.
