  • Properties must have tenants with on-time rent payments for the past 6 months.
  • For vacant properties, the program will automatically re-enroll the unit once a new tenant is placed.
2. Gold and Platinum Levels
  • Owners must commit to a one-year agreement to enjoy the preventive maintenance benefits.
  • Owners cannot cancel immediately after services (e.g., furnace checks or roof cleaning) are completed. Cancellation is only allowed on the annual contract renewal date.
3. Re-enrollment for Vacant Properties
  • Owners who opt out of the Owner Benefit Package will be unable to rejoin until the subsequent lease renewal. This ensures continuity of service and prevents interruptions in program benefits.
