Property Condition (With PRE-Listing Inspection)

After a pre-listing inspection, we will understand the condition of your property – updates, appliance condition, kitchen condition, bathroom condition, etc. This will make the price go up or down.
Other factors may affect on your rental price:
- Whether a small pet is negotiable (this usually adds about 3% to the monthly rental price)
- Any amenities i.e. Gym room, sunroom, A.C., pool, clubhouse, storage, etc
- What season of the year it is (Summer is almost always better than Winter)
Market Condition
2-3 days before listing your property on our website, we will conduct another detailed market analysis to determine the final price. The comparable market analysis can show us the latest pulse of the market, in order to make your price most attractive.
