How to Association Board Approvals in Our Property Management System

Add an Invoice Approval Signature in Our Property Management System

  1. Navigate to the Account Profile tab.
  2. Add your signature in the Signature On File block and click SaveNote: This section works on mobile and it is recommended that you sign with a stylus.

Review a Board Approval in Our Property Management System

  • Click the Approvals tab to see open association home loan approvals. Invoice Approvals are usually labeled with the green Invoice label.
  • Click See More Details to see accessories, make comments plus vote around the authorization. Note: Your feedback will not become noticeable to some other board members
