Different from the traditional property management company, we provide a simple and easy to understand fee structure. No account set up fee. No tenant placement fee. No contract renewal fee. We only charge a fixed percentage of the monthly rent. Compared to most of other property management companies, we save our landlord an 18-38% management fee annually.
